Increasing Influence of Innovation in Education Era, the educational managers and administrators have been forced to tone themselves for the growth and excellence because of the fast-changing scenario in higher education. It is not difficult to reach a particular height but to sustain oneself and to keep improving after reaching that height is a big challenge.

The Committee was established in industrial and educational city Kota in 1946 before independence. The college was founded in 1969 by the than freedom fighter and politician Shri Shambhu Dayal Ji Saxena as a result of the Aim of upliftment of women education in Hadouti region. Due to your own Bhagirathi efforts, this college is still one of the Prestigious colleges in Rajasthan. The college is a multi-faculty, co-educational, Co-Operative institution affiliated to University of Kota, Kota (Rajasthan). The college has a progressive management team led by Mrs. Suraj Birla, President and Shri Rajesh Krishna Birla, Executive Director, Shri Hitkari Vidyalaya Sahakari Shiksha Samiti Ltd. Kota.         

The Shiksha Samiti completed 55 years of its successful journey in 2024. Hitkari Sahakari Mahila Shiksha Mahavidyalaya is dedicated towards creation of society infused with moral values, socially conscious and devoted towards concept of social equality and women empowerment.

Student are guided by the Dedicated and Dynamic faculty of the college apart their requirement. The teachers are also involved with minor research projects. The college has started new courses and programs as per the need of the students. The courses started at U. G level in the recent years is B. A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed.  (4-years Integrated course) since 2018.  While B.Ed. course has been running for a long time since to 1969.

We have the pride of excelling in academics, sports, as well as cultural activities. In this college a seed of education was soon among the girl students, as a result of which these students have a respectable place in the literate world.
